Teaches you to become the best speaker you can be

Learning to speak better in public has been one of my new years resolution for a few years now, but every time I end up doing it I get stage fright, no matter how much I've psyched myself up. After a meeting last week that had me stammering like a buffoon, I took the amazon to try and find a book to help me out. I'm ecstatic to say that this is the book. Amina Lucas has written an invaluable resource for people looking to improve their stage presence and master the nerves. A huge nugget of wisdom I learned from her was where my anxiety was coming from. I was getting nervous at the image of myself not being good enough to speak. A huge revelation for me, and the book went on and said to build a rapport with the audience, and then they become less intimidating. But that's only a small piece of advice this great book has to offer. It's greatly improved my stage fright. My co-workers actually complemented me on the good meeting yesterday! I HIGHLY recommend this book!
