By thoma5
The content is light; however, what the text lacks in content it makes up in vignettes and discussion questions. Recommend complementing with another text or journal articles to support responses to discussion questions.

Essential for administrators who want to encourage teacher growth
By N. Dill
Absolutely essential reading for aspiring administrators, new admins, and those who want to encourage teacher growth and collaborative relationships. Autocrats won't like it, but they may need it. Authors explain how theory is implemented in practice.
